Insights into our deepest selves can come to us in many ways. From dreams to symbols, synchronicities, and animal medicine, the living world is calling to us to remember our truth. In this 60-minute session, we'll explore your recent dreams and/or daytime symbols to illuminate messages from Spirit, Dream Maker, your higher self, and your guides. Together, we’ll use these insights to craft your personal language with Spirit and the anima mundi. Spirit Language sessions are available in person and over voice or video calls.

REIKI ENERGY SESSION
60-Minutes | Reiki Energy & Body Mapping
Reiki is a light or no-touch healing technique that connects you with universal life force energy. This energy helps accelerate your natural healing process, restore balance, promote relaxation, and bring your mind, body, and spirit into harmony. In this 60-minute session, you'll receive 45 minutes of energy work and 15 minutes of post-session reflection to help you ground back into the flow of your day. Afterward, you'll receive a personalized body map illustration and integration suggestions via email. Energy sessions are available in person and over voice or video calls.

AKASHIC RECORDS SESSION
60-Minutes | Akashic Records & Channeled Messages
The Akashic Records hold the stories of each and every one of our lifetimes—our soul journey. Here, we can consult with guides, ancestors, and loved ones to receive guidance in our current timeline. In this 60-minute 1:1 session, you'll be invited to ask questions and explore topics in your life with curiosity and compassion. Akashic Readings typically begin with a short, guided meditation, then 40 minutes of channeled messages from the records, and conclude with reflection and integration. Akashic Records sessions are available in person and over voice or video calls.
